    What kind of things do you need to do differently from you are doing now? What processes, approach or skills might support better start network/hub for partnering collaboratively?
    1. Recognize Individual Differences – Each person has a unique personality, so building trust is essential.
    2. Encourage Iquity – Create space for others to contribute and engage.
    3. Address Issues Collaboratively – Instead of transferring problems, share challenges openly for collective solutions.
    4. Practice Diplomatic Engagement – Diplomacy is key in partnership brokering; we must be tactful and strategic.
    5. Manage Conflict Constructively – Conflicts may arise in partnerships with members, donors, and stakeholders; it’s important to identify healthy resolution methods.
    6. Engage in Decision-Making – Active participation in key decisions ensures our voices are heard.
    7. Prioritize Urgent Matters – Not everything requires immediate attention; focus on what is most critical.
    8. Consider Collective Priorities – Not everyone needs to be involved in the network; it’s important to recognize and align with broader priorities.
    9. Ensure Transparency – Transparency is vital for equity within a network; a lack of it leads to imbalance and loss of trust.
    10. Clarify Partnership Expectations – Partnerships are not always mutually beneficial but are based on agreed-upon terms.
